Out & About

Hey all! This is the beginning of my blog that will detail the next at least year of my life, in an attempt to keep in touch with all of the people I love while I'm going out into the "real world."

I just graduated and have been spending the last few weeks working (the 2 and a half year old twins) and somehow keeping extremely busy. I finally got a break this past weekend and got to spend some good, quality time with myself :-). Now I'm watching the results of the primaries in Kentucky and Oregon, cheering on Obama and wondering what in the hell is going to happen in November...He's supposed to speak pretty soon, so I'm looking forward to that. And babysitting--so I have access to a television.

I'm now in my last week of babysitting and my "normal" life--living in my apartment, not having a real job. Next week, I will be training for my job as a research assistant, then I'll be commuting to Siler City for three weeks, then to Durham for three weeks and then I'll be off to Europe!! Then it's three weeks in Charlotte and off to NYC. So. That's the plan. We'll see how it goes--stay tuned!
